When George W. Bush nominated someone absurdly underqualified for the job (viz., Harriet Miers), all the ass-hats in congress were deeply, gravely concerned about her lack of any experience. But then I suppose when you have a fool with zero, prior executive experience in the top executive job in the land, maybe it makes sense to appoint someone with zero experience as a judge to the highest court. The age of the Obama-fool is the age of alternate credentials; for, after all, who needs actual capability when you're black, have ovaries, etc.?
